We're stoked to hear that the FRĒ is adding some grip to your phone without taking away from the slim profile of the Galaxy S7, but we're sorry that the charging port door broke so soon. As one of the few movable parts, we understand why this piece might grab the attention of a little one, but it's not typical for it to come apart just like that.
With that being said, we'd be happy to swap the broken case out for a brand-new replacement. Just give us a quick ring at 1-888-533-0735, and one of our reps will get a warranty claim set up!

Had great experience and decided to get their case for my new Galaxy S7. Furthermore, LifeProof stands by their product. Had the iPhone case for over a year and it started to crack. They replaced it for only $5. Several manufactures have given me grief in the past when asking for them to support their warranty. LifeProof was a hassle free experience.

I don't get it. The case is clean on the inside and the phone is clean but still small particles get inside the case.
