Great protection for iPhone while traveling abroad, for kids handling it and daily adventures. Did not fall in lake but went through Dead Sea mud bath photos, the desert, mountains, caves, under street tunnels and bumpy travel and several drops. My iPhone still works well and no cracks or damage.

These are the best water proof cases I've used. I have submerged my phone within this case countless times and never had a leak. Although these are tough cases their not as tough as a otterbox but way more user friendly for people with large fingers since you have edge to edge access if your touch screen.

I'm pretty hard on my phone, and this definitely keeps it safe from my clumsy hands. The only downside to this case is that all of the protection sort of muffles the sound when I'm on the phone. Not that huge of a deal. It's worth it for the money it saves me from having to replace my phone so often.

I love Lifeproof cases. I'm an avid hiker/outdoor explorer but also cursed with neverending clumsiness. This case has protected my phone for two years now from all kind of falls, fumbles, scratches, you name it. It's waterproof for as much as I need it to be (no full submersion) which is an added bonus as well.

Yes, sound coming out of phone (ear piece and/or speaker) gets muffled quite a bit, but it’s not that bad to the point that you can rule out this case... The durability, protection and water resistant capabilities are superb, so if you don’t spend your day talking on the phone, this case is awesome!

Bought it for my daughter for family reunion in Jamaica. Luckily she did not drop it in the water so I cannot verify it's effectiveness but I was satisfied with the peace of mind it gave me should that had happened. She did drop it on the concrete and sand and the phone was protected.

I purchased one of these cases years ago for my iPhone 4 and my wife is using that phone now it still looks brand new. When I went to the iPhone 6 the first thing I bought was this case to protect it. It's not bulky like some of the other cases that do a good job of protecting a phone.
