Shortly after purchasing the LifeProof for my iPhone 6 I accidentally dropped my phone on the road and it wasn't damaged. I would definitely recommend purchasing this item.

No matter how careful you are, it's inevitable that at some point you will drop your cell phone. No need to worry, it will be totally protected with this case and it's Not too bulky either.

My youngest daughter suggested I try the Lifeproof Fre and guaranteed if I gave it a chance, I would like it better, and you know what, I do. It feels like I have a new phone! The Lifeproof Fre is so much less bulky than the Otterbox defender. I have dropped it without issue and the case barely got scuffed. I've had no issues hearing people and folks can hear me just fine. I did talk with a Lifeproof representative who told me it's important to start at the bottom and work your way up when sealing your phone in the case. I didn't buy it for waterproofing, I wanted a thin case that will protect my iPhone from drops and this case is perfect!

The only problem is it doesn't fit any of my headphones so I have to take the case off to use headphones. ... Other than that it's amazing.
