This is my second "Lifeproof" case and both of them have failed to protect my phone from the water. I jumped in the pool for less then 5 seconds and took my phone out immediately, then proceeded to take off the case and as I did I noticed all the water on my phone. Now my phone won't work and i'm left with a terrible case that is useless. Thank you Lifeproof for costing me around $1000 for claiming to be something you ARE NOT. Then when it comes to trying to make a claim on the phone they just dance around you for weeks and months until you don't feel like dealing with them.

You can easily mute the phone but getting it back to normal was nearly impossible with the case on. Audio was "acceptable" but noticeably not as good as the plain phone.
