I was disappointed to find that although the product claims to be touch ID compatible, it doesn't work at all with my iPhone 6!

This case broke on the bottom by the charging port within hours of owning it- best buy did a full refund though so no biggie: )

I got water in my phone because of it i do not recommend it and i tested it before i put my phone but i still got water there

The case is good. The design for the speaker is horrible. Can barely hear through it with the volume turned all the up

Bought this expensive case because of "lifeproof" brand. The volume adjuster broke off within 10 days. Waste of money

the screen is so hard to use with this case installed we returned this item as it made the phone unresponsive.

Put this on my new iphone 6 and had trouble using the on/off button, volume control and the speaker was muffled.

Couldn't use my existing third party auto charger, because the opening in the case was too small. Poor design.

I bought this case because it's supposedly one of the best. It has a button on the side to silence the phone but it doesn't work. It was on clearance so I'm guessing that's the reason why. I'm not sure if all of the Lifeproof cases are like that.

I had this case for a week. And the plastic covering my camera tore.

Bought this for my son and I did not like it. Took it back right away

I gave this case 4 stars. (I bought it because of what I believed was the warranty against injury and damages to the iPhone, but apparently it's not clear exactly as to what they are warrantying . I do like the fact that it comes with a built in screen protector, so you don't have to worry about buying replacement screen protectors with this case. I also like the fact that it is supposedly water resistant as I'm sometimes out in the elements, kayaking, etc. I did find out that it can land face down though on a relatively hard surface without any obvious damage from about a 3+ feet fall, so that was good to see. (I don't know if it would have been an issue without the case, and I don't want to find out), so I will just say that it does seem to offer some advertised protection to your iPhone if it falls off a desk or out of your hands. I am sure that other cases out there can be found that offer similar protections for less money, but I had not researched this purchase as much as I sh/could have, and bought it on a whim I a;so wish that they would have had a bright green case, but the pink will do. (I need something bright as I have been known to misplace or leave behind items of value, and having such a vibrant colored case should help minimize that from occurring in the future.) Overall, if the case helped prevent damage when it dropped to the ground then it was worth the cost and glad that it provided it with protection from any such impact!
