The case itself looks really nice and isnt too bulky. The scren protector works well. The problem with thos case, besides the price, is the switch for turning on and off the mute doesnt work. I bought two with the same issue and returned.

this case does muffle sound a little bit, the price you pay for having protection from the elements!

I received an iPhone 6 for Christmas from my wife and on New Years day, after hours of decision I bought the LifeProof iPhone 6 case. I brought it home and followed the simple directions. Two problems with this case are that the mute switch on the top left side does not work. The only way to get it to work is to squeeze the case and push the rubber so hard it nearly tares. The second problem is that you can only charge with an Apple brand original charging wire. I have charging wires at work, media room and car. They are not Apple brand and will not fit into the case to charge the phone. I guess if you are an Apple purist and will not buy after-market wires to charge this may not be a problem, technically, but it's a problem for me. Other than that the push buttons work and the case is thin while looking good as well. Oh by the way, if you use your speaker on your iPhone and realize it sounds good that will no longer be the case playing music through this case. It sounds like the singers are in body bags singing. I hope this helps. Good idea but NOT worth $80.

If you really need a waterproof case then this is the case for you but if you need too hear music or use the speaker for phone calls its terrible. It sounds muffled and the case has a vibration when the speaker is on. You also have to carry around an auxiliary extension cable in case you need to use your auxiliary input in you car. For the price I paid I was very disappointed!!!!!

it's a good product if you are using the regular charging cable, not for adapters, my car's charger cable didn't fit, I tried buying an Apple adapter but didn't fit as well, so I decided returned.

The case looks great and it protects your for COMPLETELY.

Good case but please tell me how does the phone bend inside the case . I know most will probably be like no way . I would be the same way but I would upload a photo of it but not able to . Seems strong but apparently it weak in some areas .

This case pretty good but there are some things I don't like about this case is that the screen gets so dirty. Also the mute switch broke after a month of using it. Another thing that annoys me is that the screen protector got a scuff that won't go away after I dropped. The case is over all is a pretty good case. I think that it is good if you have children that might spill or drop your phone a lot. If you are getting for a everyday case try something else because the screen get so gross after a while.

I had a pelican case but it's not waterproof and is way thicker. This case still highlights the elegance of the ip6.

this is my 4 LifeProof. I have used both Nuud & Fre. LifeProof has fixed the Fre now and the soundquality is way better. I looked at the Nuud but for the iPhone 6 is looks clunky and I am happy with the additional protection, for less.

I like that this case can protect from any and all destructive things you can do to a phone, but the fact that they changed the size of the charging hole is extremely frustrating. My car charger and bedside clock/charger will not fit in. The life proof 5 (which uses the same chargers has a different shaped hole and they work fine. Unless Apple has a hand in this I don't see why they wouldn't leave a good thing alone :(

This is the 7th life proof case I have purchased. I usually average needing 2 per the life of each iphone for my son because he is really hard on them. The phones are spared the beating he gives the cases. I just wish the charging jack hole would be a little larger consistently.
