I dropped my phone while trying to put it back in my jacket pocket. I picked it up only to find the screen completely shattered. Since I'm only 5'8", I'm fairly certain that the fall did not exceed the product's specs. This product is garbage, and I am returning it.

Also, it always sounds muffled causing me to yell through the phone for someone else to hear me. When on speaker the phone has an echo. I have replaced this case a few times and am thinking of just getting another case. Not as good as the life proof for other iPhones. Disappointed greatly

Keeps out the dust at work no problem

This case keeps the dust out of all the holes of my phone so it stays in great shape when ever I need to sell back the phone.

Sorry to see that you’re having some sonic interference with your LifeProof FRE, but we hear you loud and clear, and we’re confident that we can get you the same audio quality with your case. Often times a simple reinstallation will clear things right up. Go ahead and remove your device from the case, then blow air forcefully through the speaker membrane of the case as though blowing out a candle. This can release any air or debris that may have become trapped. When you set your iPhone back into the case, be sure to place it in bottom first for best alignment between the speaker and membrane to help create a clear path for sound to travel through.
