Sorry to see that you’re having some sonic interference with your LifeProof FRE, but we hear you loud and clear, and we’re confident that we can get you the same audio quality with your case. Often times a simple reinstallation will clear things right up. Go ahead and remove your device from the case, then blow air forcefully through the speaker membrane of the case as though blowing out a candle. This can release any air or debris that may have become trapped. When you set your iPhone back into the case, be sure to place it in bottom first for best alignment between the speaker and membrane to help create a clear path for sound to travel through. If you should find the issue persists, feel free to give our friendly LifeProof Lifeguards a call at 1-888-533-0735, and we’ll dive in for the rescue with a warranty replacement!

Wonderful case offering great protection

Also, she went through several inferior tempered glass screen protectors, breaking one every other month. I am pleased to report that, after a month of use, both the case and the phone are in like new condition.
