We’re sorry that this FRE case is giving you sound problems and that the auxiliary port is not working out. This case should have come with a headphone adapter that will allow you to use any headphones you desire.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

The gray along side is a nice touch. Fits a lot tighter and is tougher to get off for those who take their life proof on and off. Overall good case, can't wait to see what the nun looks like.
