I had to take my case off in order to charge it, which is very inconvenient.

It was always very loose compared to my wife's and sons cases. I had it in my pocket and I guess it came open and next thing i knew it was hanging by a thread. I nursed it for a few days but it finally broke all the way off. I am headed back to best buy to see if they will replace it. If it weren't for that I think the case is fine.
