We’re sorry that the FRE case did not work out for you. We did have to include a headphone adapter to keep it waterproof when headphones are used. After taking it back and getting a new one, it had the same problem. Life proof told me that sometimes they're not compatible with a person's VOICE?! That's so strange and immediately I got another Box to put on my phone. Weird!

The first time the phone drop in the water, the charging port opened up. My phone was destroyed and life proof does not reimburse for a new phone. Very disappointed as their iPhone 5 case was pretty solid and I can even use it underwater in a shallow pool.

Lasted about a year.

After about a year the case, when closed, the bottom would separate & open, also the door for the charging port did not want to stay closed, eventually being lost. Bear in mind I kept the phone in the case all the time.
