I got the black one and I have a white and gold iPhone. I was a little worried that the black case would not look good on my phone, but I think the gold showing through the back and the white fingerprint touchpad showing on the front looks sharp! I haven't experienced any problems with the touch screen or fingerprint sensor with this case, and phone calls are clear!

The other big issue is that when using the speaker phone your callers have a very hard time hearing you, I often have to remove the case if I want to use the speaker phone.

We’re sorry to see that you’re having a couple of issues with your LifeProof FRE, but we’re confident that we can help you out here. Generally speaking, issues with both the rocker switch and audio interference can be resolved with a simple reinstallation of your device into the case. Go ahead and remove your phone, and then make sure that the small plastic insert for the rocker switch is still seated correctly in the lid of the case. If that has become dislodged, that could be the trouble spot. Since we’re dealing with two separate issues, you will also want to blow air forcefully through the speaker membrane of the case (think of blowing out a candle). Now, you’re all set to insert your phone back into the case. Make sure to pay close attention that you are placing the rocker switch side of your device in first, as well as trying to align the speaker of the phone with the membrane of the case to allow a clear path for sound to travel. This should take care of things, but if you find the issues persist, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 1-888-533-0735, and we’ll get you set up for a warranty replacement.
