I have two of these for my kids phones. If they would leave them in the cases, they work well. Won't connect to most docks because of the size/shape, but you can connect them with a standard lightning cable while still in the case.

It does a great job of protecting my teen's phone!

We spent a hundred dollars on this to protect my sons I phone 6. Within the first ten days the i touch feature no longer worked with the protector on. I wouldnt waste my money again

The gaskets fell out pretty quickly leaving the phone non water resistant or water proof. The camera whole didn't fit my new iPhone 6s. The screen got scratched up really fast and I couldn't see part of my screen because of it.

Dropped iPhone 6 on cement floor in basement after owning it for only 4 months. Had the protection plan that we had paid for up front when purchasing the phone. They refused to honor it saying the phone was too far damaged. It still received incoming calls just the screen was shot. I was there for over an hour. Staff I dealt with was very condescending. asked to speak to someone higher up but was told nobody was available.

The case was not at all reliable and allowed water damage on my new iPhone 6. I had purchased it in the middle of December and by the end of January, my phone had water damage. Lifeproof can only replace the case but not the phone. Why would I want to replace something that is not reliable? On the phone, the customer service provider said that I should have water-tested it, but the manual said that they have already tested it prior to sale. The water-testing was an option. Unreliability is not the consumer's fault. I'd much rather they had given me my money back then to give me a product that I no longer have confidence in.

I anxiously awaited the arrival of the 6 case, even contemplated not getting the phone until I could get my case. I had hopes they had improved some of the issues I had with my 4 case. Sadly, no. So, my mute button on the side doesn't; work, hasn't worked since I put the phone in the case. My AT&T charger won't fit in the charger door but my Apple charger will so can;t charge in my car, only at home. :-( when its under water the camera won't work I am taking the case back hoping that I just got a lemon. It has survived several drops at the pool, splashpad and beach...just want to enjoy it more.

I bought this case for my 14 year old niece and while the case was on, the phone dropped and the glass shattered on the phone, I thought this would not happen

Did the water test as instructed , all was good. So we were on vacation a week later took the case off, and the thing wouldn't seal again in the one corner. Ended up paying for a new car while on vacation...

This is terrible. Cannot hear anything anyone says to me. Do not waste your money.

Very nice appearance it is not bulky only dislike is how small port opening is. I'm unable to use any other chargers except apple charger that came with the phone

Since the screen fully covers the front of the phone it was hard to hear while talking. The caller sounded muffled. I ended up taking it back & exchanging it.

Stops breakage when dropped, but you need a certain charger that can only be purchased at the Apple Store.

Not very reliable product. The bottom fell off during first week. Knobs are useless. Way too expensive for the quality. Sticking with otter moving forward

Good overall. A very tight fit, almost returned it, when it finally clicked. Wanted a lighter color, but only black available. Just as Henry Ford said "they can have in any color as long as it's black!"

Its supposed to be waterproof but water got in it and when I went to the store, they told me they could not help me with it. To expensive to not work!!

Bought it for my teen daughter and she did not like how it felt or looked. Mind you, teens prefer a cool case than protection. I guess it does its job, but I returned it. I didn't like it either.

I have purchased my second case and I am having the same issues. The volume "switch" (the button on the top left if the phone home screen is facing you) falls apart. The rubber right below the home button does the same thing. I have THREE other friends that have had the exact same issues. These issues make it so that the case is no longer water proof. Lifeproof should really do something about this - especially because this case is NOT cheap.
