The sound switch isn't made properly so when the case is on you can't turn sound on and off using the switch.

I love the look of this case but the on/off volume switch doesn't work.

I bought this case 3 times and guess what ever time the little part for the camra kept tearing somehow.... just don’t trust it

I got this case for a recent backpacking trip knowing that we would be encountering some rainfall and that we'd have to cross several streams. Case held up well in the wet conditions and completely protected my phone. While the case feels a little bulky compared to other less protective cases, it is extremely light weight and that is a huge plus on the trail. There are two drawbacks that I've noticed so far: 1) the screen doesn't seem to lay perfectly flat and so there are air pockets that shift around on the screen 2) the protective shell limits the audio output and makes it harder to hear phone calls. If these two issues were resolved, I'd give it 5 stars.

This product leaks and will ruin your phone if your are not paying attention and dry it right away. We are returning it to the manufacturer.

First time I used it worked great day after following same process it totally leaked ruining my phone, had to pay at apple to get a new one.

I was disappointed to find that although the product claims to be touch ID compatible, it doesn't work at all with my iPhone 6!

It failed at the pool and lost my iPhone 6. Had been checked per instructions and was supposed to have been sealed. But it failed.

This case broke on the bottom by the charging port within hours of owning it- best buy did a full refund though so no biggie: )

I got water in my phone because of it i do not recommend it and i tested it before i put my phone but i still got water there

The case is good. The design for the speaker is horrible. Can barely hear through it with the volume turned all the up

Bought this expensive case because of "lifeproof" brand. The volume adjuster broke off within 10 days. Waste of money

I bought for my granddaughter and she says it will not stay shut, as soon as I can get back from her I will return

Had this and a tempered glass screen protector and still managed to shatter my screen and bend my phone.

the screen is so hard to use with this case installed we returned this item as it made the phone unresponsive.

Put this on my new iphone 6 and had trouble using the on/off button, volume control and the speaker was muffled.

Couldn't use my existing third party auto charger, because the opening in the case was too small. Poor design.

Water got in and broke my phone. Had to pay $150 to get a replacement

I tried it out after I bought it and it didn't work. Water went through it. Definitely not worth the money

My case began to fall apart after about 4 months of mild use. I will not buy another life proof case.
