Great waterproof case for my iPhone 6s. It is not as cumbersome as I thought it might be, and the plastic touchscreen cover is clear and does not affect the touchscreen capabilities at all. I would highly recommend this case for anyone looking for a very functional waterproof case with a built in battery charger.

I read all the reviews and figured I wouldn't believe them because ppl usually complain about stupid things. I have had no problems at all with this case. The fit is great, battery is outstanding. No problems at all. It is a little thicker, but you cant expect it not to be with a battery built in the case.....

good device to prevent water damage and have a back up battery in the event of the battery getting too low for phone use.

I am a heavy user and have to charge my phone every night like a lot of folks do. However, once I got this case, I can charge my phone & the case over night and not have to plug it in for 2 nights. It's a great case & it's really extended my phone's battery life. Hands down, very protective & useful.

Standard lifeproof case quality. Only concern is that it tends to make the over weight of the phone heavier than what I am used to; however, you get use to it.

When I first received this case I loved it. After about a month of having it though, the charging port on the bottom of the device becomes loose (for a lack of a better term) and the case would no longer charge the phone directly (would only charge from the battery case). I called LifeProof who instantly sent me a replacement which had the same issue after about a month. I am on my third case and while I do love the case itself the charging port seems to be poorly manufactured.

Ever since putting this case on my phone, it has caused my phone to think that the screen is being touched when I am not touching it. I don't know if this is because there is some moisture that condenses under the screen protector, but it is extremely frustrating. If not for this issue, I would have given it 4 stars as the battery back-up is nice while still having a waterproof case.

My prior waterproof battery case by a competing product distorted sound horribly. No problem with this case.

if you're traveling, this is a life saver. Just charge your phone as you normally would and this allows you to have an extra charge when your phone does. Who wants to be taking a great pic or video and their phone battery dies? Just get it and save the trouble.

This case is great. I used to carry around a portable battery when I was in school, but home for the summer it was an inconvenience to have to carry around multiple items so I went and bought this case. I now get my phone battery and two additional charges before my phone dies each day.

This life proof case with battery is great. It is nice to be able to go and know that if your battery starts to die you can use the case to recharge it to full battery. This is my second one and will def. keep using it.

My son reads reviews on everything and this ws high on his list of things he wanted and he loves it

Just replaced the same case from a year ago. The case sometimes needs to be taken apart to charge the phone properly but otherwise good

Case is great and battery works well in it. Kinda hard to make side silence button to cooperate.

Case is awesome! Long gone are the days where you have to have a charger on you at all times. Case is sturdy, and allows you to have perfect conversation, something previous life proofs haven't done so good. Must have!

I've had one of these for a couple years so I thought I'd get a new, fresh one. It wouldn't charge with the mini-USB. I tried several cables but no luck on any of them. I called the manufacturer customer service and found out it was discontinued (It's for iPhone6, understandable) They offered to send me a couple regular cases but that wouldn't have amounted to the $90 I paid for this. I ended up returning it to Best Buy.

Used in Hawaii, water and sand no problem. This has to have at least 60 characters so I'm just filling in the requirement so I can move on

Bought this item at the Best Buy in Framingham, MA. I was in a hurry, and didn't look at the product inside the box before checking out and leaving the store. Due to various circumstances, I didn't have time to actually unbox the product until a few weeks later. When I finally did, I found out that the product in the box was white, while the photos on the box showed that it was light blue. There were no signs that the packaging had been opened, so it was entirely possible that the white product was put in the light blue box accidentally by the manufacturer. I attempted to exchange the product at the Mansfield, MA Best Buy (since I was in the area and I really wanted the blue one). The staff at the Mansfield Best Buy were very rude to me and they accused me of opening the product and swapping the blue one for a white one. So, strike 1 was that the product in the box didn't match the SKU (duh!). Strike 2 was that I had "opened" it, which as a lie! Strike 3 was that it was just a couple of days outside of your ridiculously short 14 day return period. Most stores have a 30 day return period. The manager at Mansfield Best Buy said that I had to take it back to the Framingham, MA Best Buy, because that's where I purchased it and that *maybe* they could do something for me. At that point I was not about to drive over 30 miles on the slim chance that they would exchange it. If Best Buy had any direct brick and mortar competitors left, I would exclusively shop with them going forward, but they decimated both Circuit City and RadioShack, so Best Buy is all that's left. I guess most of my electronics purchases going forward will be done online.

Longtime Lifeproof customer, All bought at Best Buy, Not sure why it can't find my account info. I have lifeproof cases for two ipads and an iPhone. Never had issue before. Purchased this one because battery life is too short, had great luck with lifeproof before. The reviews said lifeproof stands behind the product and will send a new one just like it when I bought it, and so did their website. WARNING: This model is DISCONTINUED. It will not last the full year of the warranty, or come close due to the flimsy platic thing over the home button that come off after a few months. Lifeproof is only replacing this model under warranty with much lower priced regular cases that you can buy on sale here at Best Buy for $50. That is how they do warranty now. They flat out told me that if I needed a replacement FRE Power case like this one, I needed to spend the money again and buy another one. In other words, this case does not have a warranty. The charger and sticker over the home button both gave out prior to 6 months. So lifeproof has lost a repeat customer over the way they no longer warranty their cases that you buy, they will only replace with a cheaper model. There is a reason Lifeproof also no longer allows customer reviews or posts on their Facebook page. The photo attached is after 4 months of use. The plastic over the home button is long gone. It quit charging the phone They do not have a replacement case for this, unless you want a much much much cheaper model. Which is not the warranty they said they had.

After our sons iPhone had a crack screen then drop in water we decided to buy and very happy!
