Having dropped an iPHONE off a chest, I am cautious and like a good case to protect my phone against the inevitable accident. I also have run out of power on more than one occasion. This seemed to solve both problems. I am still using it, but not overjoyed with it. 1) the beveled edge makes for hard to touch areas own the screen. It also makes finger scan access problematic. 2) It uses the phones battery first and then uses the case's battery as a backup. Given the relative cost, I would prefer the opposite, which is what the Apple equivalent case does. 3) I have had problems charging when both case and phone were low on power.

I travel a lot so my phone takes a beating. Have the extra battery is wonderful.

This has been the second Frē Power case I've bought. First case I had, I dropped it from hip height and it didn't properly close, so water leaked through. Also, the charging cable broke. So far, this one hasn't had any problems.

Can't get any better extended battery and can enter wildlife survey data in a storm
