I called LifeProof and a new one was shipped out right away with no hassle. I haven't used the new one yet but I'm hoping it will last much longer than the first one.

My only complaint is you only get 1 charge for it, so even if your phone isn't completely dead when you hit the charge button, that's all you get. This case has done well to hold up to my toddlers dropping it and throwing it down the stairs. Great case and worth the money.

Go buy an actual Samsung charger and that will do the trick. The case is okay. I wish they had more colors. But I have dropped it twice not from far distance from the ground and the rubbery part is already chipping. It's okay.

Ugg the bigger product was cheaper than the older almost extinct one.

It's nice to have one of this if you plan on spending hours at the lake or ocean and don't want it to get wet. The button on these cases are hard to press.
