Then it started dropping power suddenly at around 20%, and when you'd plug it back in it would be back around 20% immediately. It's also very difficult to open the case.

You had to use an android style charger for and it didn't charge correctly. We charge the iPhone 6s Plus all night and it only went up by 20%.

It quit working after 17 days. Took it back. Returns said sorry after 15 days you must contact the manufacturer. Yeah. Sure. Trying to contact them was like reaching for the moon. I will never purchase any of this type product from Best Buy ever.

Absolutely hate this case.

I was busy with work and didn't have the time to return it within the designated amount of time. Since I put the case on my phone, every person I talk to says I sounds like I'm in a tunnel and they complain they can't hear me. I also have difficulty hearing with the volume turned all the way up. The battery does not work well either. Going back to the Mophie I guess.
