I thought this case waterproof like they said but when I drop my phone in water , pick it up, water leak in the phone and done, my phone broke. FAIL... That's all I don't recommend and actually my Best Buy Sales Person Of the Year said he wouldn't recommend it either... So there ya go!

Just so happens the case splits in half and throws the phone out and it lands in a puddle of water. Do not get if you need it for protection!!!!! Reached out to lifeproof and they wouldn't refund the case because of their horrible product due to it being bought at best buy.

The first one I purchased had a leak and luckily only ruined the case battery. I was able to get another under warranty. The second one the home button plastic wore off so now the case is useless.

We’re sorry that this FRE Power was giving you trouble taking a charge. This is not at all typical and if you still have the case we will be happy to get this resolved for you.
Normally as long as you use the USB cable that came with the case and the Apple wall adapter that came with your iPhone while plugging it into a regular wall outlet you should not have any charging issues. The iPhone should charge first and the FRE Power will follow.
