The case broke in a week it was in my pocket and it now has three cracks on front side

I don't recommend this product it doesn't work at all. I am very dissatisfied

I bought this case to float the Comal River with. Fifteen minutes after getting into my tube, I dropped my phone in the river. With all the rain we've been having in Texas this past month or two, the banks are already 5-8 ft over. I couldn't find my phone... I paid off the amount of my phone, that I owed, and bought a new one. Three days later a guy messaged me on Facebook that he had found my phone, still working! It sat at the bottom of the river for two and a half days. He mailed it back and there wasn't a thing wrong with it. I've always had otter boxes but I'm always going to buy lifeproofs from now on. The extra battery pack in this is amazing, I don't even bring my car charger with me anymore. It fully recharges my phone when it dies.

The case is awesome it's it's rugged and durable and protects your phone and it's waterproof which is fantastic and also that it charges your phone you have the best of both worlds but I have the blue version and sometimes the blue Overing in the top part of the case that goes on the front of your phone does tend to pop off on mine on occasion if that comes off and you lose it you can forget about your phone being waterproof but overall it works great and I'm very satisfied

The case provides outstanding protection. I'll give it that. There's a major, tragic flaw in this case though... it is a case that is made for an iPhone and it charges through MicroUSB instead of Apple's proprietary Lightning Cable. This is an inexcusable mistake. All you chargers, connectors and what not you have lying around will be rendered useless thanks to the horribly misguided design. I've been using it for two days and ran into problem after problem as a result and this isn't exactly the type of case that's easy to get your phone out of. As far as the charging goes, it's difficult to see how much power is left in the case. If you need extra battery life for your iPhone, buy Apple Smart Battery Case instead. Using MicroUSB is the biggest issue with this case and that single mistake makes this a massive DON'T BUY! I'll be returning mine today for something more useful... because this case is useless, overpriced and poorly designed.

I have an iPhone 6s Plus in rose gold--unfortunate this case covers up that up. On the flip side, I will be more likely to enjoy a phone without a broken screen or a dead battery. This case combines protection of an Otterbox and function of extra battery too in basically the same size case though it's a bit heavier. Even with the extra battery life of the plus model iPhone, this extra battery life has come in handy! Unlike the Mophie battery case, which works great for another older iPhone we have, this Lifeproof Fre Power provides waterproof protection and a raised edge around the front of the phone that would protect the front screen. The sides have a soft, grippy texture that make the phone easy to hold. So far my case has worked as described providing an extra full charge. What I do not like is the price. I passed on the first round hoping they would come down in price, and it has some if one watches for sales. This case also comes with its own charging cable. I would have preferred to use the Apple lightening cable since I already have several made for iPhone ones, and some are longer in length. With this case, I would be hesitant to use any cable besides a Lifeproof one. You can use Apple charging blocks--I already have some iPad ones. I can not comment on the sound quality through the earpiece. I use made for iPhone hearing aids so the sound goes directly to them. So far people do not say they have trouble hearing me when the phone connection itself is good. If they do, be aware it is a little difficult to get the charge door open with just a fingernail. A coin works well though. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase, and think this is the best Lifeproof case so far. The case is less than the cost of a screen replacement. So far, I have not broken any screens, and that is because I have always used Otterbox or Lifeproof cases which protected against flat and side drops. Would love to see a color that would compliment rose gold and one for the iPhone SE model. A note for those who have not purchase an iPhone yet. If screen size and OIS feature in the camera of the plus model are not deal breakers, this battery case for *just* the iPhone 6s (not the Plus model) would have made it the perfect size and fit for me. For some the iPhone Plus in the case will make a bit of a chunk to carry around.

I bought one for my boyfriend and ended up getting one for myself. Worked for a day. And my case stopped charging didn't charge anymore and I was so mad because it's not something I can just go out and get another one. That's a lot of money. And all that money spent and it doesn't work anymore I had to take the case off to charger my phone because the case just didn't work anymore and I loved the case when it worked I bragged about it and told people that they should get one but now I should tell people to not waste all the money for something that won't work. I either want my money back or a new case. I don't get money from a tree. I work hard for it and it makes me mad that I paid so much for the case and it not work. So if you want this case just make sure u know what your getting into.

This case is so much better and lighter than the mophie ...it is well worth the money . It protects my iPhone 6s Plus vey well.

The case works great and doesn't interfere with the functioning of the phone. The speaker audio comes out of a port on the back of the case and seems to be actually louder than when the phone is out of the case. Haven't noticed any difference in the call audio with the phone in the case. The only fault I can find is with the blue O-ring on the front cover. It does not want to stay in the groove when the case is disassembled. Mine arrived with the O-ring loose from the groove at the bottom of the front cover. It was very frustrating to get it to stay in, because it's almost impossible to keep it from twisting.

Great case, must more better then the Mophie H20!!!

Upset right now because the seal around the headphone wire port o-rign seal is missing after I used my headset to make a phone call. The waterproof function of the case is null and void without the seal. The same thing occurred with my previous lifeproof case. For a case this expensive, the headphone wire should be more durable and the seals should be properly to the port cover. Hopefully it's covered by the warranty. Sturdy and durable. It charges the phone quickly but takes a long time to recharge. The headphone wire stopped working within the first two days. The same thing happened with headphone wire for my previous lifeproof case. I find that very annoying that I have to open the charging bay so people can hear me when I'm on a phone call.

Now days everyone is always doing something and our phone sometimes can't keep up with the batery with everything we ask from them. That's the main reason I got this case. To never really worry about the batery life

The warranty is good on these...but you'll need it. My sister and I both had one of these, and both of them had the same issue. The charging port starts to pull out of the actual case, making it impossible to charge the case. I went through the warranty process, got a new one, and it did the exact same thing. I absolutely loved my mophie battery case and it lasted me over 2 years. These lasted about 3 months each.

I got Mophie h20 at first than I got this Case Lifeproof - Fre Power. that's what I wanted for while, at first it only came out for the iPhone 6/6s now it came out iPhone 6/6s plus. I am out waiting for the bus a lot. It will rain and my phone will get wet. I love this Because I don't have to worry about getting it wet! I love how I can charge my phone and go swimming with it! the battery is really great!!!
