Can't charge my phone

It connects for a second and then it disconnects, repeating the same thing over and over! Very disappointed with this case especially since i have always used lifeproof cases since the iphone 4s

Thanks for being a fan of our cases over the years! We are sorry that this FRE Power is giving you some trouble. As long as you are using the cable that came with the case and the Apple wall adapter that was included with the iPhone the device should charge first and then the case.

That being said, if you want something that will waterproof your phone DO NOT get this case. I assured the case was on properly and everything was as it should be. I accidentally dropped my phone in water and within the same minute it fell took it out. My iPhone is now USELESS and I paid regular price for the case. Too expensive not to actually work!!

A very cheap yet expensive item
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was surprised that this item leaked water inside, always had pretty good luck with life proof products. I recently learned the hard way that this specific product was way below standards. It's very bulky, the battery charger is very slow and sometimes the iPhone will tell you that its an external source and can't read it, and on top of that the rubber seal didn't protect water from entering.

Did the water test as instructions state (Tissue in case and submerged for an hour) no water penetrated. Put the box on the phone, had in store rep inspect if for proper install and the very first time it was dropped near water (Screen first no corners hit the ground and it only fell two feet) it leaked and ruined the phone. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY, these cases are overpriced garbage that do not perform as advertised.
