I exchanged it and tried the water test again. Passed. I placed my phone inside and now there seems to be a constant bubble or air pocket inside. Other then that, good product.

But the extra battery Is a life saver. I recently went to Walt Disney world and never had to worry about finding a place to charge my phone. At the touch of a button wherever I was at I could give myself that reboot that I needed to get the pictures on my trip!!!!!

I have no experienced dropping in water I'm scared to as I feel there is no 100% garuntee that it will not leak.

The first few weeks it would charge using a usb charger that fits but now it doesnt not do so.
