There was a problem where the nubs came off that protect the volume switches and some of the sealer started coming out from the front near the glass. Unit was replaced promptly with no hassle.

I had to return this to the store because it just did not work for me. I have an iPhone 6s which is says it works for and for the most part it did but the screen bowed out a bit so it made the touch screen stop responding like it did with my glass screen protector. that made it a bit hard to work with. Also holding the charge button down for a few secs was a bit bothersome to me. My Mophie Juice I could just flip a switch. I know they aren't waterproof so a different design was needed. I just a hard time with this case. It may work great for others but best buy asked for an honest review and these are my thoughts on the product.

Having back Up battery is why I like it so much would buy again

Like this product as its a great battery support for my phone, and protects it all at the same time.

Works great for charging battery but cover messes with screen and opens random apps. Used for a week and stopped using it. Called life proof and customer service was no help.

Purchased end of Oct, but just noticed a small crack in the white trim. Daughter has dropped, but from a table height. Will look into warranty.

Over all happy with this product. It's small and not to bulky.

It is a great cover. It combines the versatility of the LifeProof with the ability to charge the phone. A must have for someone on the go.

The first product I received failed the water test. Contacted Lifelock and received a replacement case in a few days. The recent case passed the test and is working as advertised.

I'm always on my phone for work so it dies fast. It's great that I can just start recharging the phone when the battery gets down and I can continue using my phone while charging.

Case halves kept coming unclipped for the first few days

It works for my IPhone 6s just fine no complaints here.

Dust still got inside not bad but still an awesome case

I have bought two different cases for two phones and they work great! Should note the original apple charger cannot be used and a standard mini USB charger is required instead

I needed a heavy duty case and I got one with this.

life proof has done it a gain this is a great case

Only issue is that the cord is not an iPhone cord.

If you like life proof you will like this case!!!!

My phone did not die when water got into this case but water got into the case and the case charger did die i have had many life proof cases in the past and have never had an issue with them
