This product is super durable and the charger lasts for a while and charges quickly

First off you can't hear anything threw the case always needed it on speaker and the person on the other line couldn't hear clearly what I had to say!!!!

The changing port on the case is not an iPhone charging cable didn't find out till I installed / my phones battery don't seem to last long anymore

This case would have been great if it had not been for the cord conversion issue. The packaging does give you a new micro USB cord, but the phone will ONLY work with the one cord they provide. You can't plug it into any other micro USB source. I tried and it just blinks and does not connect. And even the cord they provide doesn't work everywhere. I tried to connect it to my car ( which I never had an issue with before) and it just blinks. I regret spending so much money on a case that is so inconvenient.

I had two of them before I finally gave up and got a Mophie. Charging connection was not beefy enough. Kept failing. Love the concept. Wish it had worked.

The case home button was ineffective. The price was steep. The variety of colors was awful!

I was suprised to find out the case broke just after 6 months of normal use. I like the product but does not last that long.

I returned this item. It was defective, when I tried to charge the battery , it was making all kind of noises and would not charge.

I was very disappointed with this product from lifeproof. Typically they make the best cases around but this power case is horrid. First off you have to use a micro USB NOT a lightning cable to charge the case battery. Secondly the battery loses its potency over time. I would not buy again!

No clip to wear on pocket/belt. Did not seem to charge when I tried it.

Bought for my kids phones and they haven't complained to me about them. It's been a couple of weeks and the phone isn't broke or scrached. In my opinion well worth the money.

Even though the screen is hard to use, it protects your phone very well!

This is a gift for my girlfriend at the time, now my wife. Great way to keep from having to charge during the day while offering awesome protection for the phone!!
