Glad to hear your iPhone is well protected, but audio issues sound a little frustrating. Due to the watertight features of the product, it is not uncommon to experience a slight decrease in audio clarity, but it shouldn't be to this degree. We suggest checking the Noise Cancellation feature in the General Settings of your iPhone and try turning that off, as this may help clear things up. If that doesn't do the trick, give us a call at 1-888-533-0735 and we'll be glad to help with a brand new replacement.

I enjoy the durability as well as the confidence I feel knowing my phone is safe. My only trouble is the difficulty I sometimes experience using the earbud port cover - I use earbuds off/on quite a bit, so I find myself having to screw the port cover in and out many times in a day. I wonder if I'll wear it out. So far, so good!

I specifically bought it from Best Buy because I knew I'd get the real thing, not some cheap knock-off. My only complaint is that the material covering the microphone muffled my voice. But I fixed that by taking the phone out and blowing hard on that microphone cover, so that it is slightly repositioned and doesn't muffle my voice anymore.
