It caused to phone to repeatedly turn off, and it would prevent entry of numbers during a phone connection, e.g. to enter a security code. Effectively it made the phone unusable. We had to return the case.

Screen sensitivity is poor

I have other lifeproof cases for other phones, they lack screen sensitivity but not to this level. Phone is useless with this case on it, but at least its dry

We would turn the ringer on, using the toggle on the side of the phone but once placed in the case, it would immediately go off and you could not toggle it back on.
