Disappointing

I have bought one every time I have upgraded and never tried another case. This case has officially made me regret wasting my time on it. The build looks and feels cheap. The power ports latch system they’ve had on at least the last two generations is replaced with a crappy flap that makes you worried your going to tear it off just opening it. I have air bubbles on the inside of my screen protector (I water tested, installed the phone, then unit stalled/reinstalled it because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t user error). The change from a switch to a toggle dial is neat for the silence button but it’s hard to switch. Right now I’m looking to price other brands than even Otterbox since they’re the ones currently in control. Please whatever you do don’t buy this case. It sucks and will make you very frustrated.

We're sorry to learn you aren't liking your new FRĒ case. We made some changes to the charge port door and mute rocker to provide a more user-friendly experience. These changes have passed our test and our products will still offer that strong protection you know from LifeProof. As far as the bubbles go, we'd recommend reinstalling the FRĒ in the driest room possible, i.e. not a kitchen or bathroom. When the product is off, thoroughly wipe down the inside of the case and phone screen with a microfiber cloth, then install immediately! The cons, dust gets under the screen. Unless you have a wireless charger 24/7 it’s hard to keep that port closed. Love the case otherwise
