There are constantly bubbles on the screen that make it hard to see your phone when it’s bright outside The plastic covering the camera also gets easily scratched and as a result photos come out blurry and with haze on them

When you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find.

The iPhone 11 case traps air and makes your screen very blotchy. The charge port plug becomes very dirty. Waterproof seals are questionable at best, polypropylene cover is strong and very stable. Possible finger pump vacuum sealer that can plug into the charge port in order to seal properly.... or don’t buy this case so you can forgo the crippling pain of paying 100 dollars for a corn dog wrapper.

If you have any question about whether or not your case's seals are functioning properly, we suggest removing your phone and performing a water test on your case, as that will show any potential leaks before they become a problem.
We also have some troubleshooting tips for getting that screen cleared up! While not present in the majority of our cases, there are certain conditions that may cause these "screen bubbles" or Newtonian rings under the screen protector of your FRĒ case. Thankfully, we have some simple tips to help prevent this issue! Be sure to thoroughly clean your case and the screen of your phone with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, try to install your case in the driest place you can, as higher levels of humidity can be the source of this effect.

Right after the 30 day return policy I am filing for a warranty claim. The clear plastic part covering the lens cracked. Although I am warranting it out it still cost me shipping. Just not that impressed!

they aint got no wifi

I only wanted it for the waterproofing when I went tubing...but look. I went a week later to get my screen replaced and they told me they couldn't because the wifi wasn't working. how the wifi don't work in Best Buy?
