We're so sorry to hear that you're experiencing " air bubbles" in the screen protector and sound quality issues! While not present in the majority of our cases, there are certain conditions that may cause "air bubbles" or Newtonian rings under the screen protector of your FRĒ case. Thankfully, we have some simple tips to help prevent this issue! Be sure to thoroughly clean your case and the screen of your phone with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, try to install your case in the driest place you can, as higher levels of humidity can be the source of this effect. When you are reinstalling the case, we recommend putting the bottom of the device in first to make sure the speakers align properly. This will help prevent sound quality issues.
