As for the issues that you've run into with the screen protector, when you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find.

Terrible Case

Phone fell from my lap onto carpet and screen broke. Replaced that screen. Phone was in my pocket with case on and screen broke without hitting anything. Terrible case and LifeProof would not replace screen with either situation.
