Can’t talk or hear!

I would think for the amount of money spent on this case I would be able to hear or talk on my phone.

Additionally, try to install your case in the driest place you can, as higher levels of humidity can be the source of this effect.

Ok case

It was used apparently but I still paid full price. The rubber seals were broken out of place. I don’t know if was quality of build or if it was damage from another user before it was returned.

Switching the phone to silence mode is difficult.

The main readon for this is that the knob on it that turns on and off the phone’s ringer is awkward to use. The user has to rotate the knob to activate the ringer switch. The knob does not always maneuver the switch.

Very weak product

Handy case but doesn’t last long

When you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find.
As for the mute switch, when you're installing your case, we suggest trying out that dial a few times before putting on the back of the case. This will help you see if the case is properly lined up. If that still isn't helping, give us a ring at 1-888-533-0735, and we'd be more than happy to see if we can get you taken care of with some additional troubleshooting tips or a replacement case if necessary.

I would not suggest this product. Very unhappy. I have previously owned three lifeproof cases and have been extremely happy with them. Life proof really dropped the ball on this design however. Big bubbles on the screen and hard to open charging port along with a poor sounding audio. Would not buy again. Disappointed for how much money I spent.

Don’t waste your money!

Now my item says non returnable, this case is not worth the money I paid for it, the gray oring seal at charging port fell out at some point, which basically makes the case useless, extremely unhappy and would like to swap it out but we’ll see how much Best Buy stands behind the products they sell.
