To help clear up those pictures, we recommend removing your phone from the case and cleaning the camera and the lens cover thoroughly with a microfiber cloth. Before reinstalling your case, we also recommend cleaning the screen and inside of the case with the same cloth. Additionally, try to install your case in the driest place you can, as higher levels of humidity can be the source of this effect.

Not what it used to be...

I do not like the piece that covers the charging port. It looks like it is going to break. I returned this product to the store. They should be using the previous design with the hinge piece. In my opinion, the protective cover isn't the same either. I don't mind paying the higher price for a Lifeproof case if I believe it will protect my phone. I don't believe this current design will protect my new phone the way my old LifeProof case did. They need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a better design for the iPhone 11. Otherwise, they are going to continue to lose customers over this design.
