Muffled calls and videos

It’s tough and rugged but that durability comes at a major cost. Very poor phone call and video quality. I had it for 1.5 weeks and got so tired of having to repeat myself while having phone conversations. I will be returning this case as soon as I can. I switched to an OtterBox and everything has been wonderful!

The iPhone 11 Pro case is not Worth the money we have paid over the years. The screen is defective. It Makes your screen look like it has bubbles all over it. The company knows about it and their solution is it will go always with time. It doesn’t.

When you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth.
