I'm very easy on it and it should not have fallen apart at all. I also have a lot of complaints no one can hear me, the latch to close the plug in connection covers too much of the mic.

The seals give out. And it’s virtually impossible to understand anyone on a call holding it to your ear. The charge door was the last to go. Just snapped and the case was worthless.

Also, when using the phone, everyone complained that I sounded completely muffled.

Stupid! Also the case buttons are difficult to use, stiff & small; tough for short stubby fingers
