    I got this for a gift for my wife and not even a week after I got it for her it started falling apart . The gasket that makes it water resistant juts peeled off and now it is an normal expensive non-water-resistant case . I would say save your money and even if you find these on sale go for another brand .

    With this case on, my phone still broke! Didn’t even know what or how it happened! Wasn’t doing anything that was risky for damage either! It’s a mystery but I know cheaper cases work just as well, if this is how well they protect my phone! Disappointed.....

    Got it and had to return, since it didnt pass the water proof that they recomend before placing your phone in. Well, I dont know if this particular case was defective, because I had other Liferproof cases in the past, and this has never happend before. Well, I am glad we tested it first.

    It was defective but didn’t find out until we were on vacation (why we bought this in the first place ). I tried to return but it was outside the return period— but under 30 days. Will hesitate on buying this and at Best Buy for these type of items

    My experience with this case I’m hearing was not common with talks between Best Buy and lifeproof. Had to get lifeproof involved to get a different case could not use my phone right would not allow my to hang up

    The case has lots of lint inside of it right when I got it. The case does not close all the way. This is a life proof case so it needs to be durable and it defiantly is not. Would not ever get this again.

    I'm going to be returning this item due to the fact that it will not click shut all the way. If this cannot occur, I am not going to get the benefits that this should be providing.

    At some point second day that I was using the case, The clear plastic over the camera lens on the back broke. I return this item to Best Buy and purchase something different

    I would not recommend it’s expensive and the side buttons are hard to use. And I couldn’t hang up my calls because of the protection cover.
