It protects really well! however, it comes with a price… those that are hard of hearing it actually muffles the sound a little bit. and it also has a little bit of an obstruction when plugging in the headphones… at least for us… I have owned these cases on my older phones but this is the first time we experienced this. And is also extremely hard to install and uninstall…

As for the muffled speakers, these types of issues can arise when the case isn't installed quite right. When you're putting that case on, make sure that you're sliding the phone in speaker end first, as that will help to align the speakers and microphones properly.

Lucky I did for don’t you know I had one of those days where nothing goes right. If I wasn’t at Best Buy and was looking for a new case I would have ruined my phone. When I put it on my phone I realized that on one of the corners it didn't close completely there was a small gap. I exchanged it at a near buy Best Buy store with no problem. I ended up getting this purple color, and I love it! It fits perfect, and offers excellent protection, since I drop my phone all the time! Over all great buy!!!
