The platice that covered the screed separated from the case and when I contacted Lifeproof they replaced the cover no questions. Just had to cover minor shipping fees. No problems since. Have had a few cases and loved them all.

I tend to drop my phone a lot when I'm on the go and this has held up and done an excellent job protecting my phone. Definitely loves up to the name "lifeproof" lol

Downside it's hard to unscrew the cap for the ear buds and u have to have am adapter for some, but I can deal with that for a waterproof durable well protecting case. Also pop sockets do not stick to them.

The scratches on the screen are on the protective cover, not the cell phone itself. I would definitely recommend the LifeProof case to anyone.

It was on sale and a must buy considering the water resistance. I still have the case in good condition. Unfortunately I had to upgrade my phone and retired this case

Didn't even put it on my phone

The reviews for this case made it sound like a great case. Once I saw it, I didn't even bother to put it on my phone. Way over priced. I really didn't care if it was waterproof. I just wanted a case that would protect my phone. This case is so thin and not much better than the one I was using. I am shipping it back and looking for one with a good grip. This had no grip to it at all.

I will never get a different brand again. The case for the s8+ is amazing and have had no issues with it.
