    Maybe I just had one from a bad batch, but I did not like this case. After a little while my volume down button wouldn't work, then the lock button. Final straw was the volume up. I removed case and checked my phone, all buttons worked so it was just the case. Gave it a few more tries, still didn't work.

    Was unable to use this expensive case because it didn't fit my phone. I purchased the proper case for my Samsung Galaxy S8+ but the back piece was bent and I couldn't get it to fit to the front piece in order to get it to seal out water.

    The "lifeproof, drop proof" $80 case IS GARBAGE! Dropped my phone from my pocket and the back of my phone shattered... with this so called lifeproof, drop proof case on.

    The back of the phone right by the camera was shattered. Case was on less than a week. Phone was never dropped or mishandled. The case was totally fine.

    Easy set up but doesn't do what it's made for. WATER PROOF... And it's top quality for carrying purposes. There's no clip or holder.

      As for the lack of a belt clip, historically the FRĒ series has never come with any sort of holster. We sincerely apologize about any miscommunication surrounding this; however, we may have a solution! The LifeProof LIFEACTÍV belt clip is compatible with any LifeProof case. This accessory comes with a QuickMount adapter that adheres to the back of the case, allowing you to swap out a number of different modules.     Great Case. Should Last Longer

    I am on the second one of these cases and I really like it. I feel it offers the most protection with minimal bulk. The problem I keep having though is after some time the volume down bottom on the case doesn't contact the volume down button on the actual phone anymore. This is the second case that has done this and now my second case leaks water into it as well. The first case never had the water leak issue. I have had my phone for a year now and have purchased two of these cases. While it has provided great protection for my phone I feel the case should last longer than six months with a price tag of ninety dollars.

    I used to be an Otterbox fan. But I got frustrated with the outside shell warping and not fitting after a few months so I decided to try the LifeProof with my new phone. Best decision ever. I've been using for a year and a half and I'm just needing to replace it because the on button wore down. I've dropped my phone from countertops, desks, my SUV, just about anywhere my clumsy self could. No damage whatsoever to my phone. It's truly waterproof - surviving all the spilled drinks and a dunking in the dish water. I will say I'm super careful to always have the headphone jack screwed on so that helps. I recommend always doing that and not taking the risk. Anyhow, worth every penny I spent to protect a $700 phone. Just replaced it today and my phone looks brand new.

    Great Initially But Falls Short In The Long Run

    I thought the case was pricey but great at first. I then started having issues with the screen sensitivity and then the buttons became unusable. I got a warranty replacement but the button issue has returned already. I will be searching for a better case at a lower price from now on.

    Good case for protection bad case for phone calls. You had to put on speaker if you wanted to talk on the phone. I had a screen protector on my phone but the case came with one already so there was constant bubbles on the screen; the back of the case was also bent but that didn't bother me.

    So I bought my case with my phone last year on black Friday, I believed it was a good case to buy because of recommendations from friends. After about 6 months I noticed my volume down button became an issue and wouldn't register a click. 2 more months later, my up volume just stopped working... I've had phone cases that had little to no problem at all in a year span of 3 years. I'm very displeased with the case with it being only under a year old. The rubber pieces also tend to peel quite a bit as well.

    Needs a LOT of improvements

    When I got this case I decided I wanted something that could be sleek and sturdy. I can say I got that. What I didn't get was everything I actually kinda need when using a phone. I don't know why, but it is always dirty inside the screen. Either there are specks of dust in the way, or I can't always see the screen because of air bubbles that I can't get rid of.. My volume buttons simply do not work. I have tried everything to get them to work. I've turned in 3 cases before I "figured out" that if I install the phone face down on a flat surface I could get the buttons to work. No they don't work maybe 95% of the time, and only do if I press the sin out of them... I need a new case, but what's to do?

    Tons of issues - Terrible case

    Not dust proof, dust somehow always gets its way into the case even though it perfectly and correctly sealed. Plastic in front of screen gets easily scratched and is loose, making clicking buttons difficult on the phone. It also means that it will not protect your phone from falls in the front. On the sides of the case there is very little rubber, meaning your phone will slip out of your hand an awful lot with the case and let me tell you, I'm one of those people that NEVER drops his phone. Do not get this case. You don't need a dust proof case or water proof case, because your Samsung Galaxy S8+ is already both. Also like I said, it's not dust proof. The grips are very weak and front is not very well protected. By the time your 15 day return policy scam happens, you'll wish you listened to my review.

    Worst $$ spent

    Got this case in March, wasnt water proof and the volume buttons didnt work so had it sent back and was replaced with a new one within the same month. Got my other in, tested it and it was water proof. Few months in my phone fell not even a foot and slid across the floor bottom side down and I now have a big crack on my phone. Totally upsetting. And again the buttons are stuck. Taken the case off and tried to align but it's like that with all their cases I've so far read. I was better off with a cheap silicon case than this.

    At first I was in love with this case. Not to thick. Screen protector is great. Being water resistance was a nice touch. Then I dropped my phone. The drop was from about 3 feet. Now I have 3-4 cracks in the upper left hand corner of my phone. The case definitely did not hold up to the 6ft shock resistance/shock proof specs the description states. I would hate to see what happened if a phone with this case on it was actually dropped from 6 ft. Would not recommend this case after my experience with it.

    Needs serious manufacturing changes

    The buttons keep going out. I replaced it for the shipping fee of $6 and two weeks later the bottoms on the side don't work again. I don't know how many times I can replace and pay the fee but it would be great if they would just fix the product so I can have a$90 case that actually works without me having to remove the case to turn down the volume on my phone.
