But I have had a lot of trouble with this phone! I've had to customer support twice and I currently need to call them again. Maybe it's a learning curve, maybe the phone is laid out poorly. But I got the Black Friday deal, so at least I saved some money.

It got fine and the drop protection seemed decent, however, it would collect moisture under the screen protector. I never even exposed it to moisture, was told it was like a swear and wouldn't go away. It made the screen hard to see and touch not as responsive.
