Many appreciate the ease of use and the available color options, although some note that sound quality may be slightly affected and the price point might be considered high by some. Posted .Hi Blue,
Thanks for your feedback! That’s a bummer that the screen protector on this FRE case is collecting some scratches. Although it is better that the case is getting a bit roughed up and not your iPhone 7. Please feel free to give us a call at 1-888-533-0735, and we will be more than happy to assist with your damaged case in any way that we can!
Sincerely,

Okay for protection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This LifeProof case works good for protection but horrible for mic. Everything is muffled and sounds like you're in a tunnel. Also the sides are peeling off.

Sometimes it works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sometimes the sealant falls off. Sometimes it works 100%. We've had to exchange twice with manufacturer. Bought again because it's slim and it's the only thing available that's waterproof. Wish they'd make it work 100%.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good case, very slim, light and good for jeans pocket.
I would recommend this to a friendWaste of money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is not our first Lifeproof case. My husband had one in his iphone4 and it held up pretty well, but when he gave the phone to me the case was destroyed within a month because I use the volume on/off switch on the side multiple times a day (he never used that switch) & the case couldn't handle it. We figured that I must just be hard on my phone, so when he got his iPhone7 he got another Lifeproof case for himself. Within a WEEK, the same on/off volume switch on the side was cracking off. They need to change the design! Luckily Best Buy let him exchange for a new case, but we haven't put it on yet. (Sadly I don't have a photo to share of the cracked button on the case. Didn't think of it before returning, but it probably would have been helpful)
