This latest one for the 7 doesn't hold up near as well and the case is damaged so easily. The old cases were better. Seems like it's lower quality than before.

Within 9 days I had taken it back for a replacement because the mute toggle switch was coming apart. Today, looked at the back of the second case and saw a lot of dust inside where the camera and flash are. Upon looking closer, saw that the clear plastic over the flash was ripped open. Mind you, it has again been less than 10 days since the first case. Taking it back today to get money back.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

All of our cases come with a one-year limited warranty that will replace the case if it gets damaged no matter where it is purchased from, no registration required. The total water protection program is only offered through Verizon stores and does require registration.
