I had just gotten my new iPhone 7 and I was afraid to take my iPhone out of the box. I didn't want my new phone to end up like my last one so I bought this case. One of the best features of this case is how slim it is. I was a bit skeptical by the slimness of it because if and/or when I would drop my phone, how durable would this case be? I actually sat on the phone with it in its case and it's still going strong. I am not a toothpick either. Great case, great design. I wish I could get it in the Nuud design.

I've always stuck with life proof cases for iPhone. Never had an issue with them or anything. They work great.

Case is great for my 16 year old no more cracked screens also use of phone is the same as having no case

The iPhone 7 is already waterproof so if you are getting this case strictly for that purpose - it isn't worth the money. Now if you are getting it for extra protection because you are outdoors A LOT and you think you may drop it on a rock or something - then yes, worth the money.

Durable case, we have had many life proof cases over the last few years. Great company, they always stand behind there products. My husband always has one on his phone and we purchased this for our 11 year old son whom is getting his first phone for Christmas

Very nice case for my son who just got a new iPhone 7. We are hoping this will help protect the phone when he drops it

Have dropped my phone several times and no damage was done to my phone.

This is a perfect case for anyone using an iPhone 7 and works great.

I am not impressed with this case. I had an Otterbox previously. I was impressed with the slim design of the Lifeproof and decided to switch when I bought my new iPhone. This case does not fit the phone properly. The front of the case does not fit against the phone and I constantly notice debris getting under the case. The case is installed as the instructions show and is as tight as it will go. I have tried going to the Lifeproof website to submit the issue to them but have not received a response. Very disappointed in this case.

Case is fantastic when you first buy it. At about the 5 month mark, you start being told that it’s hard to hear you and by 8 month Mark you’re having to take the case off so you can talk to anybody on the phone. This is my second Fre and happened both times. I asked a couple of people who also bought the Fre and they reported the same problem. These cases are way too expensive to have to replace every 6 months.

Disappointed! I thought I was investing into protecting my phone, but all I have received are complaints from those that I speak to being unable to hear me clearly. I have had to take the case off to have conversations which is extremely frustrating.

I was excited to purchase this case and be able to take pictures in the pool. My experience didn't quite turn out that way. I water tested the case as instructed before placing the phone in the case. The water got in the case and wet my phone. Thank goodness my phone is water resistant so I didn't completely freak out. It really is disappointing because I love the feel of the case and the sleek look. I also noticed a lot of dust particles inside the case which should have been an indicator of its inefficiency. I wish I could get my money back because I surely don't want to risk damaging my device by using another Lifeproof case.

I received this case as a gift, and when I removed it from the packaging it was clearly bent, and the sides didn't match together properly. When the phone was placed in it, the mute switch did not work. Unfortunately we can't find the receipt and don't believe they will take it back, even though we have the credit card statement with the date and location we bought it. Very disappointed that someone spent $80 for this. I have owned a life proof for my old phone in the past and it worked with no problems.
