Thin case, good protection from drops and water, screen protector tight against the screen and pretty good for sound. I added a Lifeproof universal holder so I can use it hands free in my vehicle but take it out with a simple twist. If you have an active lifestyle I would recommend getting it.

Used lifeproof fre on iPhone 6 for over 2 years and loved it. No hesitation to buy it again for the iPhone 7. Even though iPhone 7 is suppose to be water resistant, not taking any chances when going to the beach or waterpark. Can always depend on lifeproof for protection from drops and water.

Lifeproof cases are the only cases I'll use. This will be my 3rd lifeproof case (I buy one whenever I buy a new phone) and no other brand can compare. I've dropped my phone countless times and there's not a scratch on it. They're actually waterproof too. 5 stars, would def recommend.

Have owned several LifeProof cases for iPhones and this seems as well built as all the rest!

I was apprehensive about getting another Lifeproof Fre case. The ones I had owned for my iPhone 6 both had issues with the outer silence switch tearing. So far this case appears to be an improvement. I assembled the front and rear pieces to perform the moisture test. The two pieces required more pressure to snap together than the 6 model and they felt like it sealed better. Perhaps this is why included in the box is a tool to help you get it back open. There isn't much difference between the 6/6s Fre and the 7 save that the 7 Fre doesn't need a 3.5mm headphone jack plug anymore. Sound transmission through the case seems improved. The volume and power keys require slightly more pressure compared to the 6/6s Fre. The switch to toggle between vibrate and sound is definitely improved. It feels sturdier and manipulates the switch better than its predecessor. I just hope it lasts cause I need to use that switch a lot. If it does fail, hopefully it does within a year as that's how long the warranty period is. My only issue with the case is purely aesthetic. As noted by other reviewers, the film covering the home key doesn't completely seal flush with the key. This doesn't affect the functionality of TouchID, it works just fine. I couldn't give this iteration of the Fre 5 stars as this is only the initial review. As the daily wear and tear take its toll I will revisit this review.

Supposed to be everything-proof but mine lets dust in and yes, it is installed correctly. I think the weak point is the flap for the charging port. I produce a lot of dust sanding and this case is much better than most but not perfect. I can tell because my home button is white and shows specks underneath the clear protective membrane. Seems to keep water out fine so go figure.

I have had a LifeProof cover on my previous iPhone and it preserved it in excellent condition and also is waterproof and can be submerged to take photos in pools. This is the reason I bought another one to protect my iPhone 7 the same day I go the phone. Well worth the investment.

This is my 4th LifeProof case and it has proven itself worth the cost. It has been dropped from heights during construction and dropped into a swimming pool and has protected the phone. It is not headphone friendly without the included headphone connector ..so don't lose that.

Case is a little tight for iPhone eight I was told that the iPhone able to fit this particular case but it’s a little tight to get it closed
