Only downfall is it makes hearing phone calls difficult at times, I usually need headphones to hear well. Long lasting product though, worth the money.

Thanks for your feedback! We are sorry that this FRE case is making it difficult for others to hear you. We get why this would be disappointing and we certainly want to help out with this abnormal dilemma.
Sometimes muffled sound can be caused by dirt or debris on the audio vents. We suggest to check for dirt around those areas and if unclean to run water over the outside of the case (focusing on the audio vent areas), then shake the water off and pat it down dry.
Do not stick any objects in the audio vents as this may damage those areas. Much like a bear, please do not poke the audio vents.
