Also the buttons can be a bit harder to press so that takes some getting used to but it's not terrible.

This one for the IPhone 7 was hard to snap together, and just doesn't feel entirely closed even though I cannot push it together any more.

He likes the case because it does not add a lot of weight or bulkiness. However you do pay a premium for this case. Black was the only color available. Wished they had more colors.

We appreciate your feedback! We are sorry that this FRE case is making it difficult for others to hear you. You should not have to open the charge port door for quality audio.
Sometimes muffled sound can be caused by dirt or debris on the audio vents. We suggest that you check for debris around those areas. If they are dirty you can run water over the outside of the case (focusing on the audio vent locations), then shake the water off and pat it down dry.
It is important that you don’t stick any objects into the audio vents as this may damage those areas. Much like a bear, please do not poke the audio vents.
