Good case but not for the price and quality

Be sure to register your case on lifeproof incase anything is broken and they will sent you a brand new case. However i forgot to do so and 3 months in, the door flap on the charging port refused to stay close. I have to get a new case

I thought it was a bad connection. My son removed the case and it was clear again. This is a big deterrent from using this case. I will make 'yes' that I'd refer a friend only because there's not a 'not sure' option.

We are sorry that this FRE case is making it difficult to hear and be heard. We completely understand why that would be frustrating and we certainly want to help out with this abnormal predicament.
Sometimes muffled sound can be caused by dirt or debris on the audio vents. We suggest that you check for debris around those areas. If they are dirty you can run water over the outside of the case (focusing on the audio vent locations), then shake the water off and pat it down dry. It is important that you don’t stick any objects into the audio vents as this may damage those areas.
