I've gone through their warranty claims with not problems at all for the most part but recently it was denied and I was told that they wouldn't give me a reason as to why my claim was denied. Not worth the cost.

Unfortunately this case was made poorly as part of the speakers on the phone are covered. I could not hear a phone conversation, and found out later that this phone case was made poorly. Good case for a teenager

We're sorry you have been experiencing some audio issues.
Usually, a simple re-installation will clear up any audio issues you might experience in this regard. Go ahead and remove your iPhone from the FRE, blow air forcefully through the waterproof speaker membrane of the case (think of blowing out a candle), and then place your device back inside bottom first and paying close attention to the alignment between the speaker and membrane. This will allow for a clear path for sound to travel through.
