sticker that protects home button came off and water came in also it blocked the speaker on my phone I could barely hear the person on the other end

This is my second one. First one didn't even patch at the charger port and this one has a bad smudge I can't clean on the photo lens. I would recommend if they brought back the old quality they had before otterbox purchased them out.

This case makes it difficult to access volume control. Additionally, the screen sweats!!! This makes it difficult to see the information on the screen. One more thing; the screen seems to always aprear dirty. This is annoying!!!!

I purchased this for my iphone 8 plus. The box was clearly marked for iphone 7 and 8 plus. It does not seal properly on my phone. I contacted lifeproof thinking it would be warranteed. They told me to take it back to Best Buy. I took it back to Best Buy and they told me to call Lifeproof. I called lifeproof and told them what had happened and they said that it couldn't be warranteed. They offered me a 25 percent discount which still was more expensive than the what I paid in store for the case. I now have a useless phone case. I'm sure it works fine for a 7 plus, but wish that the packaging was correctly labeled.

This case makes it hard to hear, their replacement program is awesome and very great service, but when it comes to hearing and having others hear you, it’s tough.

Can not hear people talk and they cannot here me water proof plastic is covering the speakers.

You can't hear the other party speaking during a phone call and the outside screen gets so dirty so quickly that you cannot see the screen. Other then that, it's a great product and protects the phone from damage

I wish they could find a way to fix the clarity issue regarding the microphone. It’s disappointing to pay so much for a case and to not even be able to have a proper conversation or use Siri.

Within 2years: button covers, edges all around the case and switch covers were all worn off. Waterproof o-rings wore out. Not pleased at all. My otter box before was soooo much better.

This is my 2nd Lifeproof case and it broke again in the same place as the 1st one. Not a sturdy product. And it cost too much to keep breaking.

This is the 2nd life proof for an apple product i've owned and this one was disappointing compared to the first. Wasn't as solid as the first. I didn't feel it would protect my iPhone 7 plus so I returned it.

Unable to talk to people after awhile. People can not hear you after a few months. Need to take out water proof piece to make work.

There was no life proof number to guarantee the case. Not sure if they were removed. Even took it back, and the other case did not have a life proof number.

I found this case to be too large, too slick on the back, and difficult to access some of my phone features. For those who need the extreme durability, it may be a great case. But it's just not for me.

This case protects well but the mic is completely blocked. No one can hear you talking to them on all calls.

It's difficult for people to hear me talking with this case on my phone. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

it's a nice case I like the slim look but the down part is that you can't seem to hear the other person they sound far away due to it being covered

I got this case and when I brought it home it wasn't even waterproof ! So I ended up calling life proof and they straightened it out. I should have started off by just buying it with them

This case was more expensive and less dependable than otter box defender which I've used for about 6 years now. Never have I had this happen

I was a little disappointed in this product after spending close to $100 the piece that closes off the charging mechanism bent after a few uses since it was so hard to pry open
