My husband had this case so I bought it for my new phone. The charging port is a little hard to open at first but after a while it opens pretty easily but not to the point where it stays open. Very happy so far. Already dropped it on the floor thanks to the kids, and it was perfectly fine.

Great looking and gives me confidence that if I drop my phone on to cement, or into a dog bowl, that my day won't be ruined. My only gripe is how the case affected the phone speaker audio, it sounds like the people are speaking through tightly wrapped cellophane. And, if the sound is loud, there is an occasional buzz, as if you put your lips to tightly pulled cellophane, like a kazoo sound. I justify this issue with the confidence gained by the positive virtues of the case. No one that I have spoken with on my phone has complained on their end. Additionally, I have concerns about the longevity of the little flap door that I open and close several times a day to access the lightning connector. After using the case for about a month now, it has shown no sign of weakening, but I feel like it will be the first thing to fail. This may be where the well respected warranty kicks in and they give you a brand new case for $5. Overall, the confidence that I gain from my LifeProof case is worth it. As a Realtor, my phone is my livelihood and I need to be prepared for what life may throw my way, that's why I made it LifeProof.

I got this case, already used in a pool, the picture and videos came all clear, just a little thing, you have to press harder in order to get the option on the screen (because the water) but everything is excellent. Definitely recommended it. Worth the price, even though I got on sale.

iPhone Plus is an expensive phone so I don't mind spending a bit more to get better protection. It's a little bulkier than some other comparable cases but I do not find it to be excessive in it's size. Overall I would recommend this product if you are willing to pay for an expensive phone.

I've tried many other cases and always come back to Lifeproof. I even took one snorkeling in the ocean off the Hawaiian islands, which is not what I normally do with my phones. It keeps my phone nice and safe and keeps me from breaking it, which is what I normally do with them.

I do a lot of fly fishing. Got the LifeProof Fré for my iPhone 7 Plus after I dropped my old phone into the river. Dropped this one in 2 feet of fast water, chased it 30 yards downstream, picked it up, and it works like a champ! That drop alone was worth every penny I paid for the case!

I have been using LifeProof products for years now and would never have my phone outside of one. They are great! They do what they say and they stick behind their products. I am a missionary in Cameroon so face a lot of mud, rain and drops daily! Blessed to be covered by LifeProof.

My last case was an otterbox. I liked it but didn’t feel my phone was truly protected. With this case I feel more secure knowing my phone is protected from the elements; granted I won’t be tossing the phone into a river and crawling through mud...I appreciate the warranty as well.

This is a very durable case. It’s not too big and bulky like many others I’ve had in the past.

I bought this case as an alternative to Apple Care. It is durable and protects the phone well.

This is my second LifeProof case. Had one for my iphone 6plus, so when I upgraded to the 7 I did not leave the store without a new LifeProof case. It really is waterproof , dust proof and drop proof.. I take my phone camping, fishing, and hiking and never worry. Thanks LifeProof.

This is my second Lifeproof Fre case. I used my previous case for three years with my iPhone 5s and my phone looked brand new at trade-in. When I traded up to the iPhone 7 Plus, the Lifeproof case was not available yet. So I bought another brand's waterproof case on Amazon. It was significantly cheaper, in more ways than price. My biggest problem was call consistency - I could hear callers just fine, but they could not hear me. It really hampered my ability to use the phone. Best Buy had the case in store and I jumped on it, paying full retail price. The case is expensive, but well worth the cost considering you're protecting a phone that costs 8-10 times more and under half the cost of a damage insurance claim. I've used this case for three weeks and couldn't be happier. Call quality is perfect with no issues with either talking or hearing. All indications are that this case is the exact same quality as my previous case, so it was well worth the cost. I highly recommend it.

Even though iPhone 7 and 7 plus claims to be "practically waterproof" i wanted to make sure get a lifeproof so when I went to blizzard beach Disney water park my phone was fully protected I can say my videos of lazy underwater pictures of me and my family goofing off is proof enough :)

Bought it for my iPhone 7 plus before my cruise trip. Used while snorkeling and ATV ride it kept the water and mud out. The pictures and videos taken were excellent could not tell it's in a case. It's very tight sealed so you will need a penny to open it. I guess that's a good thing.

The case has been good with the exception of the net over the microphone falling off. It works well for drops.

I like this case more than the otter box. It’s not as bulky. The buttons on the sides are also easier to push.

The color is a little bright but it completely protects my phone from all of my day to day and I tested the waterproof function by submerging it but only in my sink so I can’t really how deep it really goes. My only concern I’d how thin the finger print scanner part is

I already owned a case for my I phone 6 plus but when I upgraded to the 7 I had to get a new case. I purchased the pink one with purple and turquoise and am really happy with how vibrant the colors are. I do plan on getting another color just so I can switch it up once in a while.
