Very sensitive to cheek touch and people have a hard time hearing what I'm saying. Didn't have this problem with my 4s life proof case.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the microphone membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
